The Hotel is constructed in an area of 4,088 square metres, located along Moshi-Holili Road, at Kilimapofo Village, Himo – Kilimanjaro Tanzania.

The Hotel is registered in Tanzania as Limited Company under Cap 212, Registration Number 136043 as a family owned company by shares. The Hotel started operations in October 2017.
